That's exactly why I teach the way I do. After more than 22 years working in the beauty and skin industry, I've seen too many therapists leave training with a certificate but without the confidence to use it. I never wanted my students to feel that way. When you train with me, we slow everything down. We work together in a calm, one-to-one environment where you can ask as many questions as you need, practise without pressure and build confidence naturally. Because my aim isn't simply for you to pass an assessment. It's for you to leave genuinely excited to welcome your very first client.

YOUR STARTING POINT IN SKIN
- No previous beauty qualification is required.
- Your course is accredited through Beauty Industry Approval.
- You’ll complete pre-course theory followed by practical, hands-on training at Kalon.
- You’ll practise your facial routine and consultation skills with close guidance.
- Before working with paying clients, you’ll need appropriate treatment insurance.
- Any student insurance required during practical training will be confirmed before your course date.

Your Classic Facial training takes place at Kalon Skin Academy in the Vale of Belvoir, in a calm, private setting with plenty of time to learn and practise properly. Your training manual and pre-course theory will be sent to you around two weeks before your practical training days, giving you time to work through everything at your own pace. The course includes two days of hands-on practical training, live model work, accredited certification and ongoing support afterwards. Training is kept one-to-one or in a maximum pair, so you can practise properly, ask questions as you go and build confidence without feeling rushed.
