A fully qualified Hypnotherapist, she also holds diplomas in CBT, Lifestyle Coaching, and NLP. She is a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society, fully insured, and DBS checked.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy offers gentle, focused support for a wide range of emotional, mental, and behavioural challenges. Many people are drawn to this work when they know something needs to change, but talking or willpower alone has not quite reached the deeper root of it. This may show up as anxiety, trauma, fears, phobias, low confidence, emotional overwhelm, unwanted habits, or simply feeling stuck in patterns that keep repeating.

Where traditional talking therapies tend to work at a conscious level, hypnotherapy allows us to work more deeply with the subconscious, where many beliefs, emotional responses, and protective patterns are held. By working at this level, it becomes possible to gently uncover what may be sitting underneath the surface and begin creating change in a way that feels calmer, more natural, and more lasting.

This work can also sit beautifully alongside other supportive approaches such as lifestyle coaching, mindfulness, and weight management, offering a more joined-up and holistic path forward.

Life Coaching

Lifestyle coaching offers supportive, practical guidance when life feels full, unclear, or out of balance. It is a space to step back, look at the bigger picture, and gently begin creating a way of living that feels more aligned, more manageable, and more like you.

Many people come to this work when they feel pulled in too many directions, stuck in old patterns, or unsure where to begin. They may know something needs to change, but feel overwhelmed by where they are now and what comes next. Lifestyle coaching helps bring clarity to that. Together, we look at what is no longer working, what matters most to you, and how to move forward in a way that feels steady and realistic.

This is not about quick fixes or changing everything at once. It is about creating meaningful change through small, supportive shifts that help you feel more grounded, more confident, and more in control of your day-to-day life. With the right support, it becomes possible to create a lifestyle that feels calmer, more balanced, and more sustainable over time.

Mindfulness Guiding

Mindfulness guidance offers a gentle, supportive way to slow down and come back to yourself. Rather than pushing for more, doing more, or constantly trying to keep up, it helps create space for calm, clarity, and a more grounded way of living. It is about learning to pause, breathe, and meet life with greater awareness, balance, and compassion.

Many people come to this work when their mind feels constantly busy, when they are overthinking, worrying, rushing, or feeling disconnected from themselves. Mindfulness gives you the space to step out of that cycle and begin responding to life in a steadier, more intentional way.

Through mindfulness guidance, you are supported in building simple, realistic practices that help reduce stress, bring more emotional balance, and create a greater sense of presence in daily life. Over time, this work can help you feel calmer, clearer, and more in tune with yourself again.
